The institution has two portions, the subsistence and Commercial portion. The commercial portion measures approximately 500,000 square metres on the lake measuring about 0.5km wide by 1km long. It is situated about 18km in the southwestern direction on the lake from the Fisheries department harbour into the lake. And the other one in a linear direction.

-This institution will incorporate women to form corporatives, give them capital for 3 months and allow them to stand on their own. To open outlets in the districts of Zambia.
